The Sea View Rooftop, introduces a new concept of Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine. This pioneering concept on the North Coast of the island of Madeira, will have a constant connection from the sea to the land, with different activities of Tourist Animation “Madeira Nature Experience”, with emphasis on sport fishing, will give the customer the possibility of tasting in our Sea View Rooftop, the fish you caught during the experiment, in a new aspect of “Fresh Sushi”. Our Sea View Rooftop aims to energize our rural territory, making known local products, enriching and valuing our gastronomy.
