Residencial Mariazinha

The main building of Mariazinha consists of a suite and 9 large and very well decorated rooms, equipped with cable TV, air conditioning and each with a private bathroom. The public area offers a lounge with bar, business center with internet and an internal patio. Free internet is available in all public areas of the residence.

The other building, “Casa do Lado”, located on the same street and just 200 meters from the main building, offers 6 comfortable rooms, equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some units have a seating area where you can relax. You will find tea and coffee facilities in the room. The rooms are warmly decorated and have a bathroom with large shower.

The Continental breakfast is served every morning in Mariazinhas room and when the weather is nice, guests can sit on our patio. Its location is one of the richest in Funchal and where guests can easily reach various destinations on foot. The resort of Barreirinha or Praia Nova is just minutes from the inn. The São Tiago fortress built in the 17th century, the Electricity Museum, the Feira dos Lavradores, the cable car, several bus stops and a public car park is also available just a 2-minute walk from the Residencial.

The central location of the properties means that guests are just steps away from a busy street of bars and restaurants, where they can enjoy a drink or a good meal.

The La Vie shopping center is a 15-minute walk away and features several shops and an extensive food court. The botanical garden, 3 km from the property, features vast green areas and unique plant species. Machico is a 24-minute drive and has a beach where you can swim and relax in the sun. Palheiro Golf has an 18-hole green course and Santo da Serra Golf Club has a 27-hole course, the green course is 15 or 25 minutes away by car.

Madeira International Airport is a 19-minute drive from the house.
