Located in the heart of Albufeira, this pleasant unit has self-catering apartments with access to an outdoor swimming pool and a solarium. The property is in Areias de S. Joao and just 600 meters from Praia da Oura. Each apartment includes a bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. The living room has a sofa bed, cable TV, a dining area and a balcony. All apartments have a modern kitchen, equipped for preparing meals. Alternatively, there are many restaurants to choose from, as well as bars in the vicinity where guests can taste all kinds of delicacies from Algarve cuisine, including fish and seafood specialities. This is the part of Albufeira that guests prefer, according to independent reviews. Important notes: A security deposit in the amount of 200€, in cash/credit card, is requested upon arrival, which will be returned after checking the apartment and that everything be in good order. Pets are not allowed. Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID. Please inform in advance of your arrival time. During the low season (November to May), Check-ins after 19:00 have an additional cost of 20.00Eur, payable in cash at check-in. Check-ins are not accepted after 24hrs. Check-in hours are between 4pm and 11pm (June to October) and 4pm to 7pm (November to May). Check-out time is until 10 am. Amenities and toilet paper are only provided on the day of arrival, the remaining days are at the guests expense. There is no daily cleaning, just a change of towels every 4 days and sheets weekly.
